Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. Custom or made-to-order pieces may have different return policies—please contact us before ordering if you have questions.

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging. Due to the handcrafted nature of our furniture, we inspect all returns carefully.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, finish, or style, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
